Blue Flame was from one of my sketchbook sketches. I looked at it one day and wanted to digitalize it and make it come to life. It was a great way to practice tracing over pictures and other images using the pen tool. It was also a good way to experiment with what colours go well with each other and playing around with gradients.

This picture had no reference. I didn't trace it and instead drew what came to mind only using the pen and brush tool in Adobe Illustrator. It was an interesting creating a picture was such a detailed background but it helped build my skills and my eye for detail.

"PHYSX: Teh-Irony" was requested by a friend who wanted his icon for his team redone.

The original one (posted on the left) was done by his teammate. After receiving it, my friend asked me almost right away to help make it better. I got a picture of him and traced over the outline of his form. The final piece (right and above.)
